I enjoy the visual aspect of design as much as the functional systemic one, as both are integral to the user experience. It is especially rewarding to take on challenges which require research, testing, and observation to truly understand the “why” of a complex embedded problem, and then translate those into potential solutions that can improve a user’s workflow or daily life.

Outside of development and design, you can find me plant-raising, photographing lots of sunsets and random street scenes, and detangling masses of yarn while trying to make sense of crochet patterns.
